Ne pirmą kartą nuomojam šioj kompanijoj, klientų aptarnavimas mandagus, automobiliai švarūs, nauji, malonūs vairuoti. Deja, 4 žvaigždutės tik todėl kad išsirinkom šiek tiek brangesnį, bet didesnį automobilį, bet gavom kitą, mažesnį automobilį, nes jis priklauso tai pačiai automobilių grupei, kadangi...Show more
Ne pirmą kartą nuomojam šioj kompanijoj, klientų aptarnavimas mandagus, automobiliai švarūs, nauji, malonūs vairuoti. Deja, 4 žvaigždutės tik todėl kad išsirinkom šiek tiek brangesnį, bet didesnį automobilį, bet gavom kitą, mažesnį automobilį, nes jis priklauso tai pačiai automobilių grupei, kadangi kompanija negarantuoja išsirinkto automobilio. Šiuo atveju permokėjom kai galėjom iškart pasirinkti pigesnį variantą. Show less

Very bad experience. Was asked to pay additional fee for cleaning a car - which was not mentioned in car rental conditions. Some parts of the car were not clean upon pick up.

Labai malonus aptarnavimas. Kelione automobiliu buvo sklandi. Automobilis labai svarus ir kvepiantis. Tikimes ir po automobilio grazinimo problemu nebus.

These guys are amazing, I think I have rented from them 4 or 5 times in the past 2 years. Polite, open and fast. No problem! 10 stars! Highly recommended!

When I got the car I was told that my own share for damages is a maximum of 300 euros. But because of one damage that another car was at fault and a damage report was written, a full 600 euros were deducted which was the deposit!!!! Show less
