Депозит так и не вернулся на карту! 24 августа были в Вильнюсе, но девушка в офисе ничего нам не могла сказать, не владела информацией (по ее словам проблема в нашем банке). В банке денег нет. На сообщения по эл.почте они не отвечают. Поэтому друзья-белорусы, россияне (для нас им очень выгодно ссылаться на проблемы с банком) если хотите арендовать машину и сохранить деньги - обращайтесь в другой сервис! Show less

Beautiful car with unlimited miles. I rented a GPS, too, which is a must if you would like to visit small villages around the countryside. A fabulous vacation for me. I will choose Enterprise when I return. Thank you!

if you don’t have credit card you need to pay 200€ more. Then you have to ask for your deposit which was not automatically released and they sent it weeks to late. And now they charge extra 75€ for a parking ticket which I showed them in advance. I could not pay it directly because I wasn't owner of the car. So I was forced to wait and get charged 75€ on top of the parking ticket from the car rental. 75€ to open a letter and forward an email to me. Show less

Jau ne vienerius metus nuomojuosi automobilius iš “Admita” ir kiekvieną kartą lieku labai patenkinta. Didelis ačiū visai įmonės komandai o ypač vadybininkui Audriui - už profesionalumą, dėmesį ir sklandų bendradarbiavimą.

We spent 1.5 hours there, even if only one person was before us in the queue. The agent was totally incompetent. It was our worst experience with rental cars ever!
