Ne pirmą kartą nuomojam šioj kompanijoj, klientų aptarnavimas mandagus, automobiliai švarūs, nauji, malonūs vairuoti. Deja, 4 žvaigždutės tik todėl kad išsirinkom šiek tiek brangesnį, bet didesnį automobilį, bet gavom kitą, mažesnį automobilį, nes jis priklauso tai pačiai automobilių grupei, kadangi kompanija negarantuoja išsirinkto automobilio. Really horrible customer service. I went in person twice to resolve and both they was told they messaged their manager. I have been inappropriately charged and have spent 2 weeks trying to get issued resolved. The company made me send pictures of my card to “verify” it was really me even thought it was on file. Now I am being told I need to a “bank transfer” even though they have all my information and Admita just quit responding. Rodyti mažiau

The clerk was very unfriendly and pressured me to purchase their insurance, even though I already had coverage from another provider. Although the documentation explicitly states that both Visa Debit and Credit cards are accepted, the clerk insisted that only a Credit card would be accepted. They told me that if I wanted to use my Visa Debit card, I would be required to pay an additional fee and purchase their insurance. In the end, I paid with my debit card, but the whole situation was awkward and lasted for 30 minutes. Rodyti mažiau

AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I have rented cars in over 30 countries and have seen all kinds of shady tactics to upcharge the customers. They have created a policy that will charge you 15 euros up front for a car wash, or a 30 euro fine for an unwashed car! Or you can spend your vacation time washing the car yourself. When we picked up the car it had a dirty windshield and had plenty of scratches and dings. Oh, and also, don’t expect them to return your deposit after inspection! The only thing you will receive early are any fees/fines. Not worth the headache. Use something else. They are also known as TopRent or Enterprise Rent a Car. Avoid that booth in VNO airport. 1- we’ve reserved toyota rav4 2- after arrival we received nissan qasqai and rav4 was offered for additional 30eur because they have hybrid only. What a surprise 3- cleaning car fee :) each time im taking car from rental via Enterprise its some surprise :) No way booking this company ever again:) for the rest of people 😆 think twice before you choose this company (estonia was similar experience) Rodyti mažiau
