I have rented a few times from Alamo / Admita. Generally was ok. On my last rental I been charged for cleaning charge after the bird strike. Despite having full insurance and an initial report from Admita that the front bumper is scratched (accident covered by insurance), later I was issued a cleaning charge without any explanation or substantiation. I received no replies to my emails. During a call with an Admita employee, I was told that the charges against me were incorrect. However, the next day, another employee strongly denied the previous day's call, sticking to the unreasonable charges. After four days of chasing for cleaning substantiation, I was finally sent a picture of what was supposedly damaged, along with irrelevant receipts that had nothing to do with the charges. Very poor communication and a lack of understanding that charges need to be explained to the customer in a detailed way before deducting the money, and not to hide behind ‘no reply’ emails. This is the last time I rented a car through Alamo/Admita. Update on the previous review: Admita had come back and solved the issue. Rodyti mažiau

Good help from the staff. We got a nice car. What I didn’t like was that we need to take an additional insurance. It looked like it was compulsory. We already had an insurance from booking.com now we had double and paid double… Rodyti mažiau

Alamo Place and the staff working there are very professional and helpful. I always get nice, clean cars, and so far, no fake damages have been reported. This is the best company to rent a car from, as I’ve tried quite a few others and often had some issues. Just book with this company! Rodyti mažiau

Perfect not only professionally but also personally. My Greek friend was driving in the Baltic countries like in Greece and got a lot of fines. So, according to the agreement, he had to pay a lot of administration fees, 75 eur for each fine. But the company paid attention at the fact that he was in Lithuania for the first time and without me and without any Lithuanian friends and didn't understand everything and sometimes was given the wrong info and etc, and reduced those administration fees from 75 eur to 50 eur... On peut pas mettre 0 et c'est bien dommage. Quelle compagnie d'escrocs du début à la fin. Debut de la location : on presente une carte de credit mais ils vous disent que c'est une carte de debit (c'est marqué sur ma carte, "carte de credit") Milieu de location : la voiture rappelle une révision du véhicule à faire + manque de liquide lave glace Fin de location : "ça sent la cigarette dans la voiture et il y a 3 cendres, vous avez fumé". Nous voyageons avec enfants et ne fumons pas dans la voiture mais seulement à l'extérieur. Ils vous demandent 250€ pour 3 cendres rentrées malencontreusement dans la voiture alors qu'on avait en plus, payé 15€ de ménage à la prise en charge. Des voleurs, des escrocs, nuls, nuls, nuls, changez de boulot, vendez des magnets mais arrêtez de voler les touristes. Vous donnez une très mauvaise impression de votre pays à l'arrivée et au départ alors que le voyage était incroyable. Bande d'escrocs Rodyti mažiau
