Данная компания не возвращает депозит! 31 июля арендовали машину на 4 дня! Сегодня уже 18 сентября! Депозит так и не вернулся на карту! 24 августа были в Вильнюсе, но девушка в офисе ничего нам не могла сказать, не владела информацией (по ее словам проблема в нашем банке). В банке денег нет. На сообщения по эл.почте они не отвечают. Поэтому друзья-белорусы, россияне (для нас им очень выгодно ссылаться на проблемы с банком) если хотите арендовать машину и сохранить деньги - обращайтесь в другой сервис! Rodyti mažiau

The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included in the price at booking. I ordered a golf, got a passat stationwagen... huge car compared to what i wanted. Now they claim that I've made a traffic violation. They don't have a ticket that shows the violation, and have automatically deducted 75 euros for a ADMINSTRATION FEE! 75 Euros for them to send me an email with no evidence, on top of that they are telling me that I have to pay the ticket also, wich I don't have a clue about. I think this is just some made up scam. Be careful. They will take your credit card information at arrival and write it down, and deduct you automatically without authorization from you. (Answer to admita): Youre saying that they late night fee should be included in the price for my third party online booking, yet you still charged me the late night fee. Читая отзывы об этой компании, опасался ,что мой депозит не вернётся или вернётся сильно уменьшиным. На деле оказалось, что деньги на карту вернулись в полном объеме через 10 дней. Более того , поскольку я машину вернул раньше срока , мне вернули и половину стоимости суточной аренды. Поэтому задержка по депозиту вина явно не Адмиты. Rodyti mažiau

Perfect not only professionally but also personally. My Greek friend was driving in the Baltic countries like in Greece and got a lot of fines. So, according to the agreement, he had to pay a lot of administration fees, 75 eur for each fine. But the company paid attention at the fact that he was in Lithuania for the first time and without me and without any Lithuanian friends and didn't understand everything and sometimes was given the wrong info and etc, and reduced those administration fees from 75 eur to 50 eur... In general happy with the service. One thing I did not like was that you are not able to secure exact make and model of the vehicle but only the class. You get a random vehicle from the class but not what you choose during the online booking process. Rodyti mažiau
