1- we’ve reserved toyota rav4 2- after arrival we received nissan qasqai and rav4 was offered for additional 30eur because they have hybrid only. What a surprise 3- cleaning car fee :) each time im taking car from rental via Enterprise its some surprise :) No way booking this company ever again:) for the rest of people 😆 think twice before you choose this company (estonia was similar experience) Rodyti mažiau

השכרנו רכב מ ה12-17/12/2025 הופתענו לגלות בזמן ההשכרה שהם מחייבים עבור שטיפת הרכב 15 יורו או שנותנים את האופציה לשטוף לבד (דבר שהוא לא הגיוני) לא מבין ממתי מחייבים עבור שטיפה שגם ככה קבלנו את הרכב והוא בטוח לא היה אחרי שטיפה... דבר נוסף קבלתי דוח חניה ששולמה באופן עצמאי כבר למחרת הדוח ועוד לפני החזרת הרכב, לאחר חזרתי לארץ הופתעתי לגלות שחוייבתי ב 70 יורו עבור דמי טיפול בדוח,(מזכיר שלא היה טיפול מכיוון שהוא שולם באופן עצמאי. עד לרגע זה איני מצליח לקבל תשובות למה חייבו אותי וגם אם זה בטעות אז למה לא מחזירים. בכל אופן מציע לשקול האם הייתם רוצים להסתבך עם חברה שלא עונה ל10 הודעות במייל. Admita (Enterprise Car Rental), Vilnius I’ve been renting with Admita for 10+ years and they remain the best in Vilnius for quality and price. The team is professional, friendly, and trustworthy—I’ve never had any nonsense around “mystery scratches” or surprise damage claims. Pick-up and drop-off are smooth and on time. Fleet is mostly solid mid-range cars (VW Passat, Škoda Superb, Toyota RAV4). I’d love to see a premium/luxury option (Lexus, BMW, etc.) in the future. Only caveat: there’s a €15 cleaning fee unless you return the car completely clean inside and out. It would be great if this were clearly stated in the booking flow. Overall, a reliable, fairly priced rental company with excellent service. Well done, team. Rodyti mažiau

Good help from the staff. We got a nice car. What I didn’t like was that we need to take an additional insurance. It looked like it was compulsory. We already had an insurance from booking.com now we had double and paid double… Rodyti mažiau

AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I have rented cars in over 30 countries and have seen all kinds of shady tactics to upcharge the customers. They have created a policy that will charge you 15 euros up front for a car wash, or a 30 euro fine for an unwashed car! Or you can spend your vacation time washing the car yourself. When we picked up the car it had a dirty windshield and had plenty of scratches and dings. Oh, and also, don’t expect them to return your deposit after inspection! The only thing you will receive early are any fees/fines. Not worth the headache. Use something else. They are also known as TopRent or Enterprise Rent a Car. Avoid that booth in VNO airport. VW Tiguan SUV was comfortable for 4 adults with luggage for 1 week. Car was clean. I recommend their $15 euro cleaning fee to not deal with having to return a car wash clean and clean interior - a quirky and unexpected requirement. Rodyti mažiau

I rented a car from Admita car rental at Vilnius Airport — everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the terminal. The service is fast and professional, with no unnecessary formalities. There’s a great selection of cars to choose from. Returning the car was quick and easy, only took a few minutes.
