Išsinuomojau automobilį kol maniškis buvo remontuojamas. Visas procesas vyko sklandžiai. Labai maloniai aptarnavo tiek pasiimant tiek grąžinant. Ypatingai didelis ačiū Robertai. Rekomenduoju 💯

Niet hier huren.Na het inleveren van de auto in Vilnius werd ik beschuldigd van roken in de auto, terwijl wij niet roken. Vervolgens stuurden ze foto’s van sigarettenresten en probeerden ze schoonmaakkosten te rekenen en mijn borg in te houden.Gelukkig...Rodyti daugiau
Niet hier huren.Na het inleveren van de auto in Vilnius werd ik beschuldigd van roken in de auto, terwijl wij niet roken. Vervolgens stuurden ze foto’s van sigarettenresten en probeerden ze schoonmaakkosten te rekenen en mijn borg in te houden.Gelukkig had ik bij het ophalen en inleveren alles gefilmd en gefotografeerd. Daardoor kon ik aantonen dat de foto’s die zij stuurden niet overeenkwamen met de staat van de auto toen ik hem had ingeleverd.Daarna volgden maanden van eindeloze e-mails voordat mijn borg uiteindelijk werd terugbetaald.Dit was de tweede keer dat ik hier huurde en opnieuw problemen kreeg bij het inleveren. Dat zegt voor mij alles.Eerlijk gezegd: als ik geen foto’s en video had gemaakt, was ik mijn borg waarschijnlijk gewoon kwijt geweest.Ik huur hier nooit meer.Loop gewoon een paar minuten verder naar GBY Nuoma. Beautiful car with unlimited miles. I rented a GPS, too, which is a must if you would like to visit small villages around the countryside. A fabulous vacation for me. I will choose Enterprise when I return. Thank you!

I do not recommend the company! I took the car to wash it before taking back after the rental period! They charged me with an extra 15 EUR for washing the car because as per their view it wasn’t as...Rodyti daugiau

They charged me with an extra 15 EUR for washing the car because as per their view it wasn’t as clean as before…Also there was a deposit which was clearly stated in the e-mail that will be 100 EUR, however when we arrived they wanted 300 EUR…If you don’t want hidden fees, choose a different company please! 🤞 Rodyti mažiau
