Admita (Enterprise Car Rental), Vilnius I’ve been renting with Admita for 10+ years and they remain the best in Vilnius for quality and price. The team is professional, friendly, and trustworthy—I’ve never had any nonsense around “mystery scratches” or surprise damage claims. Pick-up and drop-off are smooth and on time. Fleet is mostly solid mid-range cars (VW Passat, Škoda Superb, Toyota RAV4). I’d love to see a premium/luxury option (Lexus, BMW, etc.) in the future. Only caveat: there’s a €15 cleaning fee unless you return the car completely clean inside and out. It would be great if this were clearly stated in the booking flow. Very good and pleasant experience! The cars are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent technical condition. Well where do we begin…to get the car is like signing a mortgage agreement, just takes longer. We have an app to speed up, that has…nothing. Hey we get the car rubbish breaks but, filter changed few years ago but at least matches the environment. So guy asked me if to return it clean if not be 15 euro to clean it. Inside was clean, outside is snowing…entire road is sh…even in the parking is sh…how to return it clean - wipe it in the parking? So we charge 30 :) welcome to the jungle. Rodyti mažiau

In general happy with the service. One thing I did not like was that you are not able to secure exact make and model of the vehicle but only the class. You get a random vehicle from the class but not what you choose during the online booking process. Rodyti mažiau

Turėjau labai nemalonią patirtį. Pavėlavau dvi valandas pasiimti mašiną, su dviem mažais vaikais. Mašiną jie atidavėm kažkam kitam, nes pavėlavau dvi valandas, net nebandė susisiekti, nurodytas ir el. Paštas ir telefono numeris. Vykau mašinos pasiimti iš kito miesto. Registratūroje pasakė kad jūsų mašiną atidavėme kažkam kitam, pasiūlė nuomotis prabangesnę mašiną už kurią reiktų primokėti dar daugiau nei jau buvo sumokėta. Dėl pinigų grąžinimo jei taip pat neatsako nes nuoma buvo daryta per discovercars. Žodžiu dvi valandas pavėluota pasiimti mašinos, ir ji atiduota kažkam kitam, mašina buvo rezervuota dviem savaitėm Rodyti mažiau

Bardzo polecam tę wypożyczalnie! Parking jest bardzo dobrze opisany, dzięki czemu bez problemu trafiliśmy na miejsce. Obsługa okazała się niezwykle pomocna – wszystko dokładnie nam wytłumaczyła i odpowiedziała na każde pytanie.Byliśmy 27 grudnia z chłopakiem wypożyczyć samochód i dostaliśmy upgrade auta bez żadnej dopłaty, co było dla nas bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem. Cały proces przebiegł sprawnie, bez żadnych problemów czy niepotrzebnych formalności. Dodatkowo zwrot kaucji nastąpił bardzo szybko.Zdecydowanie skorzystamy ponownie! 😊 Rodyti mažiau
