I rented a car from Admita car rental at Vilnius Airport — everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the terminal. The service is fast and professional, with no unnecessary formalities. There’s a great selection of cars to choose from. Returning the car was quick and easy, only took a few minutes. Truffatori. Fatto preventivo con una compagnia che si appoggia a questa discutibile società di noleggio. Avevo incluso l’assicurazione kasco, la possibilità di espatriare in Lettonia ed Estonia. Ma quando arrivo lì sorpresa, cambiano tutto. Via la kasco, espatrio da pagare a parte ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ritornato in Italia mi addebitano 75 euro per una multa presa di 21 euro (da pagare a parte e in autonomia). Quindi 75 euro solo per riprendersi dallo shock di dovermi inoltrare la multa. Ok, nelle clausole era previsto, ma non li giustificano e non forniscono il dettaglio. E ciliegina sulla torta, la mia caparra di 300 euro è ancora bloccata da contabilizzare, nonostante non ci fossero danni e abbia inviato due mail per chiedere di sbloccare l’importo. AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I have rented cars in over 30 countries and have seen all kinds of shady tactics to upcharge the customers. They have created a policy that will charge you 15 euros up front for a car wash, or a 30 euro fine for an unwashed car! Or you can spend your vacation time washing the car yourself. When we picked up the car it had a dirty windshield and had plenty of scratches and dings. Oh, and also, don’t expect them to return your deposit after inspection! The only thing you will receive early are any fees/fines. Not worth the headache. Use something else. They are also known as TopRent or Enterprise Rent a Car. Avoid that booth in VNO airport. Perfect not only professionally but also personally. My Greek friend was driving in the Baltic countries like in Greece and got a lot of fines. So, according to the agreement, he had to pay a lot of administration fees, 75 eur for each fine. But the company paid attention at the fact that he was in Lithuania for the first time and without me and without any Lithuanian friends and didn't understand everything and sometimes was given the wrong info and etc, and reduced those administration fees from 75 eur to 50 eur... We had a very bad experience with them during our collection on 08/07/2025. Firstly, we had to wait over 2 hours, and the staff were very rude. Some of them were new and clearly lacked the experience needed to do their job properly, which was quite disappointing. Secondly, the car was not in good condition — there was a loud noise coming from the rear wheel, indicating that it hadn’t been properly checked for a long time. Additionally, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. I understand that the weather was rainy, but it’s disappointing to be asked to return a clean car when it wasn’t provided in a clean condition in the first place. However, at the end, it was quite funny to receive an email claiming that damage was found after I returned the car. I had already told them that I have video evidence from both when I collected and returned the car, and I asked them to provide proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. Shortly after, I received another email saying it was a mistake. So, people should be very careful with this company — it seems that if someone doesn’t know their rights, they might get charged without reason. That’s not just unfair, it’s illegal. Overall, the service from the Enterprise/Admita office team was extremely poor this time. For people looking to rent a car, it might be worth considering whether to pay a bit more and go with a reputable company, or pay less and potentially face a lot of problems in the end. Alamo Place and the staff working there are very professional and helpful. I always get nice, clean cars, and so far, no fake damages have been reported. This is the best company to rent a car from, as I’ve tried quite a few others and often had some issues. Just book with this company! Rodyti mažiau

השכרנו רכב מ ה12-17/12/2025 הופתענו לגלות בזמן ההשכרה שהם מחייבים עבור שטיפת הרכב 15 יורו או שנותנים את האופציה לשטוף לבד (דבר שהוא לא הגיוני) לא מבין ממתי מחייבים עבור שטיפה שגם ככה קבלנו את הרכב והוא בטוח לא היה אחרי שטיפה... דבר נוסף קבלתי דוח חניה ששולמה באופן עצמאי כבר למחרת הדוח ועוד לפני החזרת הרכב, לאחר חזרתי לארץ הופתעתי לגלות שחוייבתי ב 70 יורו עבור דמי טיפול בדוח,(מזכיר שלא היה טיפול מכיוון שהוא שולם באופן עצמאי. עד לרגע זה איני מצליח לקבל תשובות למה חייבו אותי וגם אם זה בטעות אז למה לא מחזירים. בכל אופן מציע לשקול האם הייתם רוצים להסתבך עם חברה שלא עונה ל10 הודעות במייל.
