I’ve been using Admita Car Rental for the past two years and have hired cars from them multiple times with absolutely no issues. The customer service is always excellent — friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. The cars are clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, with a smooth and hassle-free pickup and return process every time. Prices are fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises, which is something I really appreciate. They gave us a car with so many scratches and also they stole our sunglasses. We called the same day to the customer service and explained that we left our sunglasses in the car but they didn't even bother to follow up and asked us to send an email. We sent two emails and also called 2 times but no reply. Our sunglasses were worth almost €400. After one week they sent an email that they didn't find anything. I travel frequently around the world for business and I can say, this is not a trustworthy comapny that an employee steals easily and the company doesn't take any ownership. Rodyti mažiau

Good car rental in Vilnius Airport. My flight was late and they have waited for me to arrive after their working hours, very happy with that. Good selection of cars and they are in good conditions.

Niet hier huren.Na het inleveren van de auto in Vilnius werd ik beschuldigd van roken in de auto, terwijl wij niet roken. Vervolgens stuurden ze foto’s van sigarettenresten en probeerden ze schoonmaakkosten te rekenen en mijn borg in te houden.Gelukkig...Rodyti daugiau
Niet hier huren.Na het inleveren van de auto in Vilnius werd ik beschuldigd van roken in de auto, terwijl wij niet roken. Vervolgens stuurden ze foto’s van sigarettenresten en probeerden ze schoonmaakkosten te rekenen en mijn borg in te houden.Gelukkig had ik bij het ophalen en inleveren alles gefilmd en gefotografeerd. Daardoor kon ik aantonen dat de foto’s die zij stuurden niet overeenkwamen met de staat van de auto toen ik hem had ingeleverd.Daarna volgden maanden van eindeloze e-mails voordat mijn borg uiteindelijk werd terugbetaald.Dit was de tweede keer dat ik hier huurde en opnieuw problemen kreeg bij het inleveren. Dat zegt voor mij alles.Eerlijk gezegd: als ik geen foto’s en video had gemaakt, was ik mijn borg waarschijnlijk gewoon kwijt geweest.Ik huur hier nooit meer.Loop gewoon een paar minuten verder naar GBY Nuoma.
