Really horrible customer service. I went in person twice to resolve and both they was told they messaged their manager. I have been inappropriately charged and have spent 2 weeks trying to get issued resolved. The company made me send pictures of my card to “verify” it was really me even thought it was on file. AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I have rented cars in over 30 countries and have seen all kinds of shady tactics to upcharge the customers. They have created a policy that will charge you 15 euros up front for a car wash, or a 30 euro fine for an unwashed car! Or you can spend your vacation time washing the car yourself. When we picked up the car it had a dirty windshield and had plenty of scratches and dings. Oh, and also, don’t expect them to return your deposit after inspection! The only thing you will receive early are any fees/fines. Not worth the headache. Use something else. They are also known as TopRent or Enterprise Rent a Car. Avoid that booth in VNO airport.
