They gave us a car with so many scratches and also they stole our sunglasses. We called the same day to the customer service and explained that we left our sunglasses in the car but they didn't even bother to follow up and asked us to send an email. We sent two emails and also called 2 times but no reply. Our sunglasses were worth almost €400. After one week they sent an email that they didn't find anything.
