They gave us a car with so many scratches and also they stole our sunglasses. We called the same day to the customer service and explained that we left our sunglasses in the car but they didn't even bother to follow up and asked us to send an email. We sent two emails and also called 2 times but no reply. Our sunglasses were worth almost €400. After one week they sent an email that they didn't find anything. I travel frequently around the world for business and I can say, this is not a trustworthy comapny that an employee steals easily and the company doesn't take any ownership. Rodyti mažiau
Не рекомендую эту фирму! Полное разочарование. Получили совершенно не ту машину, что забронировали. Деньги дерут баснословные, но качество обслуживания и близко не соответствует. Несколько сотрудников решали наш вопрос в течение месяца практически, перекладывая вину друг на друга. Выбирайте другие фирмы.
Быстро взял автомобиль,быстро вернул. Персонал владеет многими языками, в том числе и русским. Приемлемая сумма депозита. Но хотелось иметь более широкую разрешенную географию путешествий.

Excellent experience for me as well. The agency gave me good advice on what car to choose to travel across Lithuania, there was a possibility to extend to one other country which allowed me to visit Rundāle. The young lady was very helpful when I arrived at the airport late in the evening, and returning the car was equally efficient. If you opt for an Android Auto system for navigation, you may need to bring an USB-C / USB-C cable as the bluetooth connection does not always allow for it. Rodyti mažiau

We had a very bad experience with them during our collection on 08/07/2025. Firstly, we had to wait over 2 hours, and the staff were very rude. Some of them were new and clearly lacked the experience needed to do their job properly, which was quite disappointing. Secondly, the car was not in good condition — there was a loud noise coming from the rear wheel, indicating that it hadn’t been properly checked for a long time. Additionally, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. I understand that the weather was rainy, but it’s disappointing to be asked to return a clean car when it wasn’t provided in a clean condition in the first place. However, at the end, it was quite funny to receive an email claiming that damage was found after I returned the car. I had already told them that I have video evidence from both when I collected and returned the car, and I asked them to provide proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. Shortly after, I received another email saying it was a mistake. So, people should be very careful with this company — it seems that if someone doesn’t know their rights, they might get charged without reason. That’s not just unfair, it’s illegal. Overall, the service from the Enterprise/Admita office team was extremely poor this time. For people looking to rent a car, it might be worth considering whether to pay a bit more and go with a reputable company, or pay less and potentially face a lot of problems in the end. Rodyti mažiau

Rezervavome internetu su pilnu draudimu,atvykus į punktą mums paaiškino,kad turime tik kėbulo draudimą ir reikalinga papildoma priemoka pilnam (parodžius ką užsisakėme,vistiek įtikinėjo,kad ne). Rezervavome internetu su pilnu draudimu,atvykus į punktą mums paaiškino,kad turime tik kėbulo draudimą ir reikalinga papildoma priemoka pilnam (parodžius ką užsisakėme,vistiek įtikinėjo,kad ne). Taip pat jau pirmąją dieną baigėsi langų skystis,malonu būtų nesivarginti tokiais dalykais,kai turėjo būtų atlikta apžiūra po praeito kliento (papildysiu dėl salono valymo taip pat reiktų tikrinti darbuotojų darbą). Not very satisfied with my experience renting a car with this company. I booked a car to pick up at 8am and when I arrive, I am told by someone from a different rental agency that the staff is late due to “something”. Eventually, someone arrived and when I went to go in to get helped, he told me they aren’t ready/open yet, despite it being past 8:00am which is when my reservation was made for to be for 24 hours. Eventually, someone arrived and I was helped- however, the car which I reserved was not available. Instead, they gave me a “free upgrade” which ended up being a much larger car, which made it rather difficult to navigate in Vilnius especially with narrow streets. This is why I had reserved a small car, but to my surprise, after they had me sign a bunch of documents, I am then told that the car I had requested is actually not available at all. The car I got certainly had no winter tires put on, which is mindblowing considering the driving conditions in Vilnius/Lithuania in the winter are far from spectacular. The car had no tread, had terrible breaks and need some kind of checking for repair, and the car was slipping when driving which made me very concerned as a renter that the agency did not apply proper winter tires to the car to assist with snowy conditions when driving. The return process is self-guided if you arrive before they get there (which is up in the air as to when that actually is). To enter the lot, a machine reads the license plate, however, when snow and ice has iced over the license plate number, the machine simply fails and gives no option to click a button to speak to an operator or someone to help you figure out what you are possibly meant to do. Even after wiping snow off of the plate and getting out of the car, the reader still is finicky to read the plate and open the gate to enter the garage. When trying to park the car in the spaces to drop off the car, there are barely any available spots with other rental cars parked terribly making it nearly impossible to find a way to park the car in one of the reserved spots for the company which is even more frustrating when trying to catch a flight. Additionally, because I was given a much larger car with no interest but no other option, I was unable to fit the car in the parking spot available at my accomodation in Vilnius forcing me to have to park the car in street parking for nearly 4€/hr on my expense, which would have not been the case should the car I had reserved been provided. If it would not have been available, one should have informed the customer ahead of time, additionally if the time the reservation was made for wouldn’t actually be when someone would be working at the counter. They also tried asking me if I wanted to pay for the cleaning fee, or if I wanted to make sure I returned the car clean the same way I got it. I have never heard of a rental agency charging for basic cleaning of a car, but regardless, the car was not spotless when I first got inside to begin with. The seats were stained with some kind of salt stain likely from the winter, and the car had some kind of odor, which made me think what they charge people for if the vehicle isn’t actually brand new looking/spotless. I returned the car clean, with no mess inside, but of course with snow and ice likely around the exterior of the car, and am not sure how one is meant to clean that themselves or how they should be expected to pay for someone to clean that when that is the conditions of the season in Lithuania … and most of the world. Overall, not very pleased with my experience with this company unfortunately. Made my trip to Vilnius rather frustrating and more stressful than it was ever meant to be. Rodyti mažiau
