They gave us a car with so many scratches and also they stole our sunglasses. We called the same day to the customer service and explained that we left our sunglasses in the car but they didn't even bother to follow up and asked us to send an email. We sent two emails and also called 2 times but no reply. Our sunglasses were worth almost €400. After one week they sent an email that they didn't find anything. I travel frequently around the world for business and I can say, this is not a trustworthy comapny that an employee steals easily and the company doesn't take any ownership. Rodyti mažiau

This company finds a way of charging you a million additional fees for things like "car wash" (30 euros!!!!), overpriced insurance, etc.; I received a car with a half full bottle of vodka in a trunk. Lucky I wasn't pulled over by the police while driving it. Rodyti mažiau

Читая отзывы об этой компании, опасался ,что мой депозит не вернётся или вернётся сильно уменьшиным. На деле оказалось, что деньги на карту вернулись в полном объеме через 10 дней. Niet hier huren.Na het inleveren van de auto in Vilnius werd ik beschuldigd van roken in de auto, terwijl wij niet roken. Vervolgens stuurden ze foto’s van sigarettenresten en probeerden ze schoonmaakkosten te rekenen en mijn borg in te houden.Gelukkig had ik bij het ophalen en inleveren alles gefilmd en gefotografeerd. Daardoor kon ik aantonen dat de foto’s die zij stuurden niet overeenkwamen met de staat van de auto toen ik hem had ingeleverd.Daarna volgden maanden van eindeloze e-mails voordat mijn borg uiteindelijk werd terugbetaald.Dit was de tweede keer dat ik hier huurde en opnieuw problemen kreeg bij het inleveren. Dat zegt voor mij alles.Eerlijk gezegd: als ik geen foto’s en video had gemaakt, was ik mijn borg waarschijnlijk gewoon kwijt geweest.Ik huur hier nooit meer.Loop gewoon een paar minuten verder naar GBY Nuoma. AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I have rented cars in over 30 countries and have seen all kinds of shady tactics to upcharge the customers. They have created a policy that will charge you 15 euros up front for a car wash, or a 30 euro fine for an unwashed car! Or you can spend your vacation time washing the car yourself. When we picked up the car it had a dirty windshield and had plenty of scratches and dings. Oh, and also, don’t expect them to return your deposit after inspection! The only thing you will receive early are any fees/fines. Not worth the headache. Use something else. They are also known as TopRent or Enterprise Rent a Car. Avoid that booth in VNO airport. Ich hatte ein Auto über Enterprise gemietet und die Abwicklung erfolgte über Admita. Mir wurden im Nachhinein 30 Euro für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage mir Bilder von dem schmutzigen Auto zu schicken erfolgte keine Antwort, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Ich habe den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine Masche, um zusätzlich Kunden ab zu zocken. Wenn man sich hinterher nicht ärgern möchte, sollte man die Firma eher meiden. Rodyti mažiau
