Ne pirmą kartą nuomojam šioj kompanijoj, klientų aptarnavimas mandagus, automobiliai švarūs, nauji, malonūs vairuoti. Deja, 4 žvaigždutės tik todėl kad išsirinkom šiek tiek brangesnį, bet didesnį automobilį, bet gavom kitą, mažesnį automobilį, nes jis priklauso tai pačiai automobilių grupei, kadangi...Rodyti daugiau
Ne pirmą kartą nuomojam šioj kompanijoj, klientų aptarnavimas mandagus, automobiliai švarūs, nauji, malonūs vairuoti. Deja, 4 žvaigždutės tik todėl kad išsirinkom šiek tiek brangesnį, bet didesnį automobilį, bet gavom kitą, mažesnį automobilį, nes jis priklauso tai pačiai automobilių grupei, kadangi kompanija negarantuoja išsirinkto automobilio. Šiuo atveju permokėjom kai galėjom iškart pasirinkti pigesnį variantą. Rodyti mažiau

I do not recommend the company! I took the car to wash it before taking back after the rental period! They charged me with an extra 15 EUR for washing the car because as per their view it wasn’t as clean as before…Also there was a deposit which was clearly stated in the e-mail that will be 100 EUR, however when we arrived they wanted 300 EUR…If you don’t want hidden fees, choose a different company please! 🤞 Rodyti mažiau

Well where do we begin…to get the car is like signing a mortgage agreement, just takes longer. We have an app to speed up, that has…nothing. Hey we get the car rubbish breaks but, filter changed few years ago but at least matches the environment. So guy asked me if to return it clean if not be 15 euro to clean it. Inside was clean, outside is snowing…entire road is sh…even in the parking is sh…how to return it clean - wipe it in the parking? So we charge 30 :) welcome to the jungle. Rodyti mažiau

Labai patiko, labai pigiai greitai išsinuomoavau beveik nauja automobilį. Depositas buvo tik 300 eurų kurį be jokių problemų po 3 savaičių grąžino i mano banko sąskaitą. Būtinai ir vėl iš čia issinomuosiu automobilį.

Der Service und überhaupt der ganze Mietverlauf war absolut problemlos. Man muss nur beachten, dass sparen an jeder Stelle, kann nach hinten gehen... Es ist ratsam die Versicherung mit max Schutz zu nehmen (immer)

The agency gave me good advice on what car to choose to travel across Lithuania, there was a possibility to extend to one other country which allowed me to visit Rundāle. The young lady was very helpful when I arrived at the airport late in the evening, and returning the car was equally efficient. If you opt for an Android Auto system for navigation, you may need to bring an USB-C / USB-C cable as the bluetooth connection does not always allow for it. Rodyti mažiau

Perfect not only professionally but also personally. My Greek friend was driving in the Baltic countries like in Greece and got a lot of fines. So, according to the agreement, he had to pay a lot of administration fees, 75 eur for each fine. But the company paid attention at the fact that he was in Lithuania for the first time and without me and without any Lithuanian friends and didn't understand everything and sometimes was given the wrong info and etc, and reduced those administration fees from 75 eur to 50 eur...
