Really horrible customer service. I went in person twice to resolve and both they was told they messaged their manager. I have been inappropriately charged and have spent 2 weeks trying to get issued resolved. The company made me send pictures of my card to “verify” it was really me even thought it was on file. Now I am being told I need to a “bank transfer” even though they have all my information and Admita just quit responding. Rodyti mažiau

Admita (Enterprise Car Rental), Vilnius I’ve been renting with Admita for 10+ years and they remain the best in Vilnius for quality and price. The team is professional, friendly, and trustworthy—I’ve never had any nonsense around “mystery scratches” or surprise damage claims. Pick-up and drop-off are smooth and on time. Fleet is mostly solid mid-range cars (VW Passat, Škoda Superb, Toyota RAV4). I’d love to see a premium/luxury option (Lexus, BMW, etc.) in the future. Only caveat: there’s a €15 cleaning fee unless you return the car completely clean inside and out. It would be great if this were clearly stated in the booking flow. Overall, a reliable, fairly priced rental company with excellent service. Well done, team. Rodyti mažiau
