Truffatori. Fatto preventivo con una compagnia che si appoggia a questa discutibile società di noleggio. Avevo incluso l’assicurazione kasco, la possibilità di espatriare in Lettonia ed Estonia. Ma quando arrivo lì sorpresa, cambiano tutto. Via la kasco, espatrio da pagare a parte ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ritornato in Italia mi addebitano 75 euro per una multa presa di 21 euro (da pagare a parte e in autonomia). Quindi 75 euro solo per riprendersi dallo shock di dovermi inoltrare la multa. Ok, nelle clausole era previsto, ma non li giustificano e non forniscono il dettaglio. E ciliegina sulla torta, la mia caparra di 300 euro è ancora bloccata da contabilizzare, nonostante non ci fossero danni e abbia inviato due mail per chiedere di sbloccare l’importo. Not very satisfied with my experience renting a car with this company. I booked a car to pick up at 8am and when I arrive, I am told by someone from a different rental agency that the staff is late due to “something”. Eventually, someone arrived and when I went to go in to get helped, he told me they aren’t ready/open yet, despite it being past 8:00am which is when my reservation was made for to be for 24 hours. Eventually, someone arrived and I was helped- however, the car which I reserved was not available. Instead, they gave me a “free upgrade” which ended up being a much larger car, which made it rather difficult to navigate in Vilnius especially with narrow streets. This is why I had reserved a small car, but to my surprise, after they had me sign a bunch of documents, I am then told that the car I had requested is actually not available at all. The car I got certainly had no winter tires put on, which is mindblowing considering the driving conditions in Vilnius/Lithuania in the winter are far from spectacular. The car had no tread, had terrible breaks and need some kind of checking for repair, and the car was slipping when driving which made me very concerned as a renter that the agency did not apply proper winter tires to the car to assist with snowy conditions when driving. The return process is self-guided if you arrive before they get there (which is up in the air as to when that actually is). To enter the lot, a machine reads the license plate, however, when snow and ice has iced over the license plate number, the machine simply fails and gives no option to click a button to speak to an operator or someone to help you figure out what you are possibly meant to do. Even after wiping snow off of the plate and getting out of the car, the reader still is finicky to read the plate and open the gate to enter the garage. When trying to park the car in the spaces to drop off the car, there are barely any available spots with other rental cars parked terribly making it nearly impossible to find a way to park the car in one of the reserved spots for the company which is even more frustrating when trying to catch a flight. Additionally, because I was given a much larger car with no interest but no other option, I was unable to fit the car in the parking spot available at my accomodation in Vilnius forcing me to have to park the car in street parking for nearly 4€/hr on my expense, which would have not been the case should the car I had reserved been provided. If it would not have been available, one should have informed the customer ahead of time, additionally if the time the reservation was made for wouldn’t actually be when someone would be working at the counter. They also tried asking me if I wanted to pay for the cleaning fee, or if I wanted to make sure I returned the car clean the same way I got it. I have never heard of a rental agency charging for basic cleaning of a car, but regardless, the car was not spotless when I first got inside to begin with. The seats were stained with some kind of salt stain likely from the winter, and the car had some kind of odor, which made me think what they charge people for if the vehicle isn’t actually brand new looking/spotless. I returned the car clean, with no mess inside, but of course with snow and ice likely around the exterior of the car, and am not sure how one is meant to clean that themselves or how they should be expected to pay for someone to clean that when that is the conditions of the season in Lithuania … and most of the world. Overall, not very pleased with my experience with this company unfortunately. Made my trip to Vilnius rather frustrating and more stressful than it was ever meant to be. Rodyti mažiau

The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included in the price at booking. I ordered a golf, got a passat stationwagen... huge car compared to what i wanted. Now they claim that I've made a traffic violation. They don't have a ticket that shows the violation, and have automatically deducted 75 euros for a ADMINSTRATION FEE! 75 Euros for them to send me an email with no evidence, on top of that they are telling me that I have to pay the ticket also, wich I don't have a clue about. I think this is just some made up scam. Be careful. They will take your credit card information at arrival and write it down, and deduct you automatically without authorization from you. (Answer to admita): Youre saying that they late night fee should be included in the price for my third party online booking, yet you still charged me the late night fee. I have contacted you on e-mail, but you are not answering your e-mails. Stop trying to make it look like you care. Rodyti mažiau

Renters bewareAlthough the staff are pleasant, service is quite slow. When returning the vehicle there were at least 4 other people in the back at one point with only one person at the front desk. Had to wait 25 minutes to collect my invoice and complain that they forgot to include a snow brush/ ice scrapper in my vehicle for my rental. I had to buy one out of pocket at the gas station the next day.If you rent a vehicle with a credit card that has accident coverage and damage waiver protection like I have available through my personal business credit card provider, then do you typically decline the rental agency's coverage right? That was my case with a recent rental through Admita. Unfortunately, the vehicle I rented was returned with a scratched front bumper and therefore I was on the hook for the damages. I've rented many vehicles over the years for business purposes and sometimes accidents happen and we pay for the consequences. But here's where you can tell rental car companies apart from one another:Good Rental Agencies:Will often withhold charging the renter for damages for period of up to a couple of weeks until a repair estimate can be obtained for accident claim proof. They do have your credit card on file so it's not like you won't pay at some point.Bad Rental Agencies:They inform you of the damage, add an administrative fee for inspecting the damage (themselves), arbitrarily come up with a damage amount, and do not provide you with a repair estimate for your insurer to validate the claim.Admita falls under the bad rental agency group for that reason. I was charged 1,060 Euro 4 days after returning the vehicle for a scratch to a bumper which will never get fixed. I'm not a body repair person, but something tells me they're going to pocket the amount and carry on like nothing happened.Will Admita provide a damage repair estimate? If they don't because it says in their contract they're not obligated to, then all the more reason steer clear from renting any vehicle from these guys. Rodyti mažiau
