The customer service is always excellent — friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. The cars are clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, with a smooth and hassle-free pickup and return process every time. Prices are fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises, which is something I really appreciate. We had a very bad experience with them during our collection on 08/07/2025. Firstly, we had to wait over 2 hours, and the staff were very rude. Some of them were new and clearly lacked the experience needed to do their job properly, which was quite disappointing. Secondly, the car was not in good condition — there was a loud noise coming from the rear wheel, indicating that it hadn’t been properly checked for a long time. Additionally, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. I understand that the weather was rainy, but it’s disappointing to be asked to return a clean car when it wasn’t provided in a clean condition in the first place. However, at the end, it was quite funny to receive an email claiming that damage was found after I returned the car. I had already told them that I have video evidence from both when I collected and returned the car, and I asked them to provide proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. Shortly after, I received another email saying it was a mistake. So, people should be very careful with this company — it seems that if someone doesn’t know their rights, they might get charged without reason. That’s not just unfair, it’s illegal. Overall, the service from the Enterprise/Admita office team was extremely poor this time. For people looking to rent a car, it might be worth considering whether to pay a bit more and go with a reputable company, or pay less and potentially face a lot of problems in the end. I do not recommend the company! I took the car to wash it before taking back after the rental period! They charged me with an extra 15 EUR for washing the car because as per their view it wasn’t as clean as before…Also there was a deposit which was clearly stated in the e-mail that will be 100 EUR, however when we arrived they wanted 300 EUR…If you don’t want hidden fees, choose a different company please! 🤞 Rodyti mažiau
