Debut de la location : on presente une carte de credit mais ils vous disent que c'est une carte de debit (c'est marqué sur ma carte, "carte de credit") Milieu de location : la voiture rappelle une révision du véhicule à faire + manque de liquide lave glace Fin de location : "ça sent la cigarette dans la voiture et il y a 3 cendres, vous avez fumé". Nous voyageons avec enfants et ne fumons pas dans la voiture mais seulement à l'extérieur. Ils vous demandent 250€ pour 3 cendres rentrées malencontreusement dans la voiture alors qu'on avait en plus, payé 15€ de ménage à la prise en charge. Des voleurs, des escrocs, nuls, nuls, nuls, changez de boulot, vendez des magnets mais arrêtez de voler les touristes. Vous donnez une très mauvaise impression de votre pays à l'arrivée et au départ alors que le voyage était incroyable. Bande d'escrocs Rodyti mažiau

השכרנו רכב מ ה12-17/12/2025 הופתענו לגלות בזמן ההשכרה שהם מחייבים עבור שטיפת הרכב 15 יורו או שנותנים את האופציה לשטוף לבד (דבר שהוא לא הגיוני) לא מבין ממתי מחייבים עבור שטיפה שגם ככה קבלנו את הרכב והוא בטוח לא היה אחרי שטיפה... דבר נוסף קבלתי דוח חניה ששולמה באופן עצמאי כבר למחרת הדוח ועוד לפני החזרת הרכב, לאחר חזרתי לארץ הופתעתי לגלות שחוייבתי ב 70 יורו עבור דמי טיפול בדוח,(מזכיר שלא היה טיפול מכיוון שהוא שולם באופן עצמאי. עד לרגע זה איני מצליח לקבל תשובות למה חייבו אותי וגם אם זה בטעות אז למה לא מחזירים. בכל אופן מציע לשקול האם הייתם רוצים להסתבך עם חברה שלא עונה ל10 הודעות במייל. Niet hier huren.Na het inleveren van de auto in Vilnius werd ik beschuldigd van roken in de auto, terwijl wij niet roken. Vervolgens stuurden ze foto’s van sigarettenresten en probeerden ze schoonmaakkosten te rekenen en mijn borg in te houden.Gelukkig had ik bij het ophalen en inleveren alles gefilmd en gefotografeerd. Daardoor kon ik aantonen dat de foto’s die zij stuurden niet overeenkwamen met de staat van de auto toen ik hem had ingeleverd.Daarna volgden maanden van eindeloze e-mails voordat mijn borg uiteindelijk werd terugbetaald.Dit was de tweede keer dat ik hier huurde en opnieuw problemen kreeg bij het inleveren. Dat zegt voor mij alles.Eerlijk gezegd: als ik geen foto’s en video had gemaakt, was ik mijn borg waarschijnlijk gewoon kwijt geweest.Ik huur hier nooit meer.Loop gewoon een paar minuten verder naar GBY Nuoma. Well where do we begin…to get the car is like signing a mortgage agreement, just takes longer. We have an app to speed up, that has…nothing. Hey we get the car rubbish breaks but, filter changed few years ago but at least matches the environment. So guy asked me if to return it clean if not be 15 euro to clean it. Inside was clean, outside is snowing…entire road is sh…even in the parking is sh…how to return it clean - wipe it in the parking? So we charge 30 :) welcome to the jungle. Rodyti mažiau

Not very satisfied with my experience renting a car with this company. I booked a car to pick up at 8am and when I arrive, I am told by someone from a different rental agency that the staff is late due to “something”. Eventually, someone arrived and when I went to go in to get helped, he told me they aren’t ready/open yet, despite it being past 8:00am which is when my reservation was made for to be for 24 hours. Eventually, someone arrived and I was helped- however, the car which I reserved was not available. Instead, they gave me a “free upgrade” which ended up being a much larger car, which made it rather difficult to navigate in Vilnius especially with narrow streets. This is why I had reserved a small car, but to my surprise, after they had me sign a bunch of documents, I am then told that the car I had requested is actually not available at all. The car I got certainly had no winter tires put on, which is mindblowing considering the driving conditions in Vilnius/Lithuania in the winter are far from spectacular. The car had no tread, had terrible breaks and need some kind of checking for repair, and the car was slipping when driving which made me very concerned as a renter that the agency did not apply proper winter tires to the car to assist with snowy conditions when driving. The return process is self-guided if you arrive before they get there (which is up in the air as to when that actually is). To enter the lot, a machine reads the license plate, however, when snow and ice has iced over the license plate number, the machine simply fails and gives no option to click a button to speak to an operator or someone to help you figure out what you are possibly meant to do. Even after wiping snow off of the plate and getting out of the car, the reader still is finicky to read the plate and open the gate to enter the garage. When trying to park the car in the spaces to drop off the car, there are barely any available spots with other rental cars parked terribly making it nearly impossible to find a way to park the car in one of the reserved spots for the company which is even more frustrating when trying to catch a flight. Additionally, because I was given a much larger car with no interest but no other option, I was unable to fit the car in the parking spot available at my accomodation in Vilnius forcing me to have to park the car in street parking for nearly 4€/hr on my expense, which would have not been the case should the car I had reserved been provided. If it would not have been available, one should have informed the customer ahead of time, additionally if the time the reservation was made for wouldn’t actually be when someone would be working at the counter. They also tried asking me if I wanted to pay for the cleaning fee, or if I wanted to make sure I returned the car clean the same way I got it. I have never heard of a rental agency charging for basic cleaning of a car, but regardless, the car was not spotless when I first got inside to begin with. The seats were stained with some kind of salt stain likely from the winter, and the car had some kind of odor, which made me think what they charge people for if the vehicle isn’t actually brand new looking/spotless. I returned the car clean, with no mess inside, but of course with snow and ice likely around the exterior of the car, and am not sure how one is meant to clean that themselves or how they should be expected to pay for someone to clean that when that is the conditions of the season in Lithuania … and most of the world. Overall, not very pleased with my experience with this company unfortunately. Made my trip to Vilnius rather frustrating and more stressful than it was ever meant to be. Rodyti mažiau

In general happy with the service. One thing I did not like was that you are not able to secure exact make and model of the vehicle but only the class. You get a random vehicle from the class but not what you choose during the online booking process. Rodyti mažiau
