I rented a car from Admita car rental at Vilnius Airport — everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the terminal. The service is fast and professional, with no unnecessary formalities. There’s a great selection of cars to choose from. Returning the car was quick and easy, only took a few minutes. I do not recommend the company! I took the car to wash it before taking back after the rental period! They charged me with an extra 15 EUR for washing the car because as per their view it wasn’t as clean as before…Also there was a deposit which was clearly stated in the e-mail that will be 100 EUR, however when we arrived they wanted 300 EUR…If you don’t want hidden fees, choose a different company please! 🤞 Rodyti mažiau

Very good and pleasant experience! The cars are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent technical condition. The service is professional and friendly – the staff explained everything clearly and were very helpful. Everything went smoothly and quickly. I had a highly disappointing experience with this rental service, and it will be my first and last time using it. Upon collecting the vehicle, I was unexpectedly required to argue at the counter because my Spanish bank-issued credit card did not have embossed numbers. Despite my card containing my full name and matching all necessary details, they insisted this was an issue. When I requested clarification on where this requirement was stated in their policy, they reluctantly proceeded with the rental. To make matters worse, upon returning the car, I was charged €15 for cleaning because customers are expected to wash and clean the interior before return. This policy is particularly absurd during Lithuania’s wet winter months, where it’s inevitable that shoes bring in dirt and moisture. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to return a spotless car — regular vacuuming between rentals should be standard practice. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service and strongly advise others to avoid it. Rodyti mažiau

1- we’ve reserved toyota rav4 2- after arrival we received nissan qasqai and rav4 was offered for additional 30eur because they have hybrid only. What a surprise 3- cleaning car fee :) each time im taking car from rental via Enterprise its some surprise :) No way booking this company ever again:) for the rest of people 😆 think twice before you choose this company (estonia was similar experience) Rodyti mažiau
