Quick and easy car rental for every trip

Review for Enterprise Rent-A-Car I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional—every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern features I needed for a comfortable and safe drive. The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included in the price at booking. I ordered a golf, got a passat stationwagen... huge car compared to what i wanted. Now they claim that I've made a traffic violation. They don't have a ticket that shows the violation, and have automatically deducted 75 euros for a ADMINSTRATION FEE! 75 Euros for them to send me an email with no evidence, on top of that they are telling me that I have to pay the ticket also, wich I don't have a clue about. I think this is just some made up scam. Be careful. They will take your credit card information at arrival and write it down, and deduct you automatically without authorization from you. (Answer to admita): Youre saying that they late night fee should be included in the price for my third party online booking, yet you still charged me the late night fee. I have contacted you on e-mail, but you are not answering your e-mails. Stop trying to make it look like you care. Show less

AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I have rented cars in over 30 countries and have seen all kinds of shady tactics to upcharge the customers. They have created a policy that will charge you 15 euros up front for a car wash, or a 30 euro fine for an unwashed car! Or you can spend your vacation time washing the car yourself. When we picked up the car it had a dirty windshield and had plenty of scratches and dings. Oh, and also, don’t expect them to return your deposit after inspection! The only thing you will receive early are any fees/fines. Not worth the headache. Use something else. They are also known as TopRent or Enterprise Rent a Car. Avoid that booth in VNO airport. I was positively surprised with TopRent (Admita). Picking up was fast and painless, dropping off fast too. The car was clean, but wasn’t new and had scratches, but then it was the cheapest option among all other reliable rentals, ao can’t complain really. I’ll definitely consider them for my future trips to Lithuania. Show less
