If there are less than 24 hours left before the rental, we recommend making a reservation on the Admita website and contacting us by phone at +370 61600141.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose a car based on its size, number of passengers, fuel type, and class, but we cannot guarantee a specific car model. We reserve the right to change the reserved sample car to another of the same or larger size at the same price as your reservation.<\/p>\n<p>The car rental can only be extended at the rental price if notified in advance. If the car is not returned on time and no prior notification is given, as stated in the contract, a charge of 60\u20ac per day will apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Information for Car Rental Reservation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pickup\/Return date, time, and location<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s name, surname, contact phone number, email, and address<\/li>\n<li>If possible, please provide your ID\/Passport number, issuing country, and driver\u2019s license details to speed up the car pick-up process.<\/li>\n<li>If you require an invoice \u2013 please check the \u201cI want an invoice\u201d box and fill out all required fields.<\/li>\n<li>If you have, please provide the shield number and any additional details or comments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The renter must have a valid driver\u2019s license with at least 1 year of driving experience, a valid passport or ID card. The minimum driver\u2019s age is 19 years. If the driver\u2019s license was issued outside the European Union or has non-Latin characters, an International Driver\u2019s Permit or another official notarized translation is required.<\/p>\n<p>Digital copies of documents or cards are not accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment and Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The rental fee is to be paid at the start of the rental. Payments can be made by credit card on-site. Payments for unused rental days are non-refundable or compensated in any other way. The deposit amount depends on the reserved car class (300\u20ac \u2013 1000\u20ac). The deposit is reserved on the main driver\u2019s credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), issued in their name. The credit card must be valid for at least 3 months after the car rental ends. Credit cards issued by Neobanks (Revolut, Monzo, Monese, etc.) are not accepted for the deposit. If you purchase Full Liability Insurance for the car body or Full Insurance \u2013 the deposit amount is reduced to 100\u20ac. The deposit reservation is removed within 10-14 working days after returning the car undamaged, in good condition, with a full fuel tank, and all documents, ignition keys, and other inventory returned as provided before the rental.<\/p>\n<p>Digital copies of credit cards are not accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Car Rental Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The car rental price is per day. The price includes standard insurance, VAT, and unlimited mileage within the Lithuanian territory. Fuel costs are not included. The car is provided with a full fuel tank. If the car is returned with less fuel, a charge of 3\u20ac per missing liter will apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The price of car rental includes the civil liability insurance of the vehicle owner \u2013 standard insurance valid in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, and Poland. In the case of damage or theft of the rented car, the renter\u2019s liability is up to 1200\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We offer additional insurance options to reduce your liability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partial Liability Insurance for the car body reduces your liability for the car body by half compared to standard insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Full Liability Insurance for the car body eliminates your liability for the car body.<\/li>\n<li>Roadside Assistance covers the renter\u2019s costs of transporting the car in case of an accident\/breakdown. A replacement car is provided within Lithuania if the renter is not at fault for the situation.<\/li>\n<li>Tire and Glass Insurance eliminates your liability for damaging the car\u2019s tires or any glass.<\/li>\n<li>Full Insurance \u2013 provides full protection for the rented car, including Full Liability Insurance for the car body, roadside assistance, and tire and glass insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of an accident, the insurance is valid if you report the incident in writing and provide a filled-out road traffic accident declaration or a police report. The insurance does not cover vandalism, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, leaving the accident scene, or failure to fill out the accident declaration.<\/p>\n<p>In case of theft of the car, the renter must provide the car\u2019s ignition keys and documents if they were issued. Car keys, documents, and license plates are not covered by insurance.<\/p>\n<p>None of the insurances cover the cost of incorrect fuel refills, road traffic violations, or parking fines.<\/p>\n<p>A penalty of 600\u20ac will be charged for lost car keys, documents, or irreparably damaged tires.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to cancel the car reservation due to car breakdown or accident, if the incident was caused by the customer\u2019s fault.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Driver<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The rented car may only be driven by the renter. If another person intends to drive, this must be notified at the beginning of the rental. The additional driver fee is 6.40\u20ac per rental day. The renter signing the rental agreement is the main driver, the payer, and is fully responsible for the car.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GPS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer the option to rent a GPS navigation system with the car. The price is 6\u20ac per day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Child Seats and Boosters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you need a child seat or booster, the Admita team is always ready to help!<\/p>\n<p>Child Seat \u2013 5.20\u20ac per day.<\/p>\n<p>Booster Seat \u2013 3\u20ac per day.<\/p>\n<p>Installing and securing child seats and boosters is the client\u2019s responsibility. Our staff is not trained to install these devices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Young Driver Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If any driver is aged 19-24, a young driver fee of 6\u20ac per day will apply. This fee is applied at the pickup- when driver&#8217;s license is checked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Car Cleaning Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To make the return process easier, we offer the option to pre-purchase car cleaning. This way, you won\u2019t need to clean the car after the rental. If this service is not purchased and the car is returned in worse condition than when issued, additional cleaning fees will apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Car Pickup\/Return<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cars can be picked up\/returned 24\/7 at Vilnius, Kaunas, and Palanga airports. Office working hours: 8:00 \u2013 22:00 every day. For pickups outside of business hours, a non-business hour fee of 20\u20ac will apply.<\/p>\n<p>Vilnius city office, Kaunas city office, Klaipeda train station office working hours: 8:00-17:00. For pickups outside of business hours, please call +370 61600141. Non-business hour fee: 20\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Car return during working and non-working hours is completely free of charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Car Delivery\/Collection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the client wishes, Admita can deliver the car within the city limits for an additional 14\u20ac fee. Car pickup from a specified address costs an additional 14\u20ac. For delivery options, always call +370 61600141.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One-Way Car Rental<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One-way car rental allows the client to rent a car in one city and return it in another. There are additional fees for traveling to other countries.<\/p>\n<p>Crossing the border to Latvia\/Estonia costs 45\u20ac, and to Poland or Finland costs 55\u20ac. This fee applies for each border crossed and is one-time.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if traveling to Finland, you need to pay the border crossing fee for Latvia \u2013 45\u20ac, Estonia \u2013 45\u20ac, and Finland \u2013 55\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Travel to other countries is strictly prohibited.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>No-shows and delays<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must arrive at the rental location before the pick-up time: if you are late, the car may not be available and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you think you may be late, be sure to contact the rental company at least 30 minutes before the pick-up time. You must also do this if you are late due to a delayed flight, even if you have provided the flight number. The maximum time for being late for the car is 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic Violation Administration Fee \u2013 100\u20ac<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All car renters must adhere to the approved traffic and parking rules. If any violation occurs, we receive an inquiry from the responsible authority and provide all details of the person who used the rented car during the specified period.<\/p>\n<p>A violation administration fee is applied for each traffic or parking violation. The person who committed the violation must pay the fine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Failure to pay the border crossing fee for other countries means you are not allowed to leave Lithuanian territory. A fine of 1300\u20ac will apply for unauthorized exit from the specified territory.<\/p>\n<p>A fine of 1000\u20ac will apply for driving under the influence of psychotropic substances, alcohol, etc.<\/p>\n<p>It is prohibited to consume alcohol, psychotropic substances, smoke, vape, heat tobacco, or carry animals in the car. A fine of 200\u20ac + car cleaning fees will apply.<\/p>\n<p>It is prohibited to transport goods, tow other cars, participate in sports car events, drive off-road, or engage in any other irresponsible actions with the rented car.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reservation Cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can cancel your reservation without any additional costs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Final Provisions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Complaints Handling Procedure<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The consumer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the services provided by the Company by email at &#115;&#x75;&#112;&#x70;&#111;&#x72;&#116;&#x40;&#97;&#x64;&#109;&#x69;&#116;&#x61;&#46;&#x6c;&#116; or by phone at +370 616 00141. All complaints are examined no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The consumer will be informed of the decision through the same channel by which the complaint was submitted (or another method specified by the consumer).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Right of Withdrawal and Financial Guarantees<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, in accordance with the conditions established in Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n<p>If the consumer wishes to start using the services before the expiry of this period, he\/she must reimburse the Company for the justified expenses incurred until the moment of withdrawal (Civil Code Article 6.22811(9)).<\/p>\n<p>If a deposit or advance payment is required for the provision of services, the consumer shall be informed about this clearly and comprehensibly before the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Disputes regarding the performance or non-performance of the contract shall be resolved out of court in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, address: A. After the conclusion of the contract, consumers are provided with assistance by phone and email throughout the duration of the contract. If the vehicle does not meet the terms of the contract or technical problems arise, the consumer has the right to request their elimination or another appropriate measure. If the Company has provided additional commercial guarantees (e.g., a free replacement car), their conditions are presented clearly before the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reimbursement of Costs upon Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the consumer withdraws from the contract pursuant to Article 6.22810(9) or (10) of the Civil Code, he\/she must reimburse the Company for the justified expenses incurred until the moment of withdrawal (Civil Code Article 6.22811(9)).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Contract Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The minimum contract duration is 24 hours (1 day), unless otherwise specified in a separately concluded agreement.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Individualized Pricing and Automated Decisions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>This service does not use individualized pricing or automated decision-making that could have a legal or significant effect on the consumer.
